  • Q Is there a way to remove the residue from a hose reel?
    • The following is a simple residue removal method that can be used during the winter season and when returning from field work.



      1) Please operate the compressor. (PTO operation is required for the compressor to work)

      2) Open the compressor valve on the high pressure pump side.

       

      You can remove the residue from a hose reel  when you open it. 

  • Q I'd like to know how to start the vehicles.
    • 1) If you do not use it for a long time during winter, you should block the choke when you start the car engine for the first time.

      2) Chemical & Sanitizing spraying vehicles should be used while pressing from the choke.

      3) Forest fire-fighting vehicles should be used by pushing the choke.

       

      4) If the above usage doesn't work, please contact the engineer(+82 41 529 3043) and we will kindly reply.


      Be careful as excessive use of the start motor may cause a short circuit.

      (Use only 3 to 5 seconds when using the start motor. The operating will be stopped for 15 to 30 seconds after 5 times of use.)

  • Q what should I do if there is a problem with the high pressure pump pressure increase?
    • Please check the contents bleow.

       

      1) Please check the location of the anti-freeze line and suction line valves.

      2) If the problem persists after adjusting the pressure regulator, it is believed that the ceramic inside the regulator is broken. In this case, you can take action after purchasing the parts.

       

      3) Please check if there are any foreign substances in the filter before removing it.

  • Q Is there a way to prevent the fire pump from sticking?
    • The fire pump can be stuck if it is not used for a long time.

      To prevent sticking, it should be operated at least once a week.

      It is recommended to operate for 1 to 2 seconds.
  • Q What should I do if the electric apparatus doesn't work?
    • If the electric apparatus such as hose reel, high pressure/firefighting electronic clutch doesn't work, check for short-circuit of fuse first.
